Full and half day spa packages/parties must be reserved with a credit card. Cancellation less than 24 hours may be charged 50% of the service charge. |

Any series or package purchased (or a treatment--for example, microdermabrasion, peels, etc.) have an expiration date; please inquire about such upon purchase. Please note that packages may not be shared. |

All product and merchandise returns must be within 7 days (skin care products unopened and unused) and be accompanied by the original receipt. Skin care products are exchange only or for store credit. All make-up and clearance items sales are final! |

We accept cash, checks (with appropriate ID), Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express; no debit cards. Return checks will be assessed a $35 returned check fee. |
