Full and half day spa packages/parties must be reserved with a credit card. Cancellation less than 24 hours may be charged 50% of the service charge. |

Gift Certificates are available for any service or dollar amount. Gift certificates purchased for specials must be redeemed during the specific time frame the special is being offered. Please also note that there are no refunds, cash or credit, or cash-back options on gift certificates. |

Any series or package purchased (or a treatment--for example, microdermabrasion, peels, etc.) have an expiration date; please inquire about such upon purchase. Please note that packages may not be shared. |

All product and merchandise returns must be within 7 days (skin care products unopened and unused) and be accompanied by the original receipt. Skin care products are exchange only or for store credit. All make-up and clearance items sales are final! |

We accept cash, checks (with appropriate ID), Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express; no debit cards. Return checks will be assessed a $35 returned check fee. |
